- Efficiently manage trouble and change tickets; collaborate with various departments to resolve issues swiftly following established procedures.
Maintain stable and reliable ISP network services across various levels, including Access, Distribution, Core, Edge, and for both regular and VIP customers, adhering to the permissions outlined for each network level.
- Conduct daily monitoring and maintenance of network performance to promptly identify faults.
- Perform troubleshooting and fault analysis for network issues, including hardware repairs.
- Guarantee the complete deployment and upkeep of network monitoring, analysis, and reporting tools.
- Oversee the installation of network hardware and software.
- Manage network configuration and maintenance tasks.
- Handle Access and Aggregation networks.
- Execute systematic data removal on refreshed or decommissioned network devices per client protocols using designated disk-wiping tools.
- Undertake configuration updates, including upgrades and downgrades of network devices.
- Prepare and analyze NOC reports as requested by the Section Head.
- Notify management for escalation and support notifications as necessary.
- Manage NOC email communications.
- Monitor Grafana dashboard reports and conduct necessary analyses.
- Assist the Section Head with reporting and administrative tasks as needed.
- Participate in 24/7 Network Operations Center maintenance.
Network Operations Center Maintenance:
- Address incidents involving devices (such as hang-ups, high CPU/memory usage, misconfigurations) and connectivity issues (loss of fiber or wireless links) with both permanent and workaround solutions.
- Prepare requests for network devices and related items.
- Contribute to project execution by preparing necessary requirements, including equipment lists and obtaining approvals from line managers.
- Generate reports for daily activities, trouble tickets, tasks, and operational work as requested.
- Manage maintenance tickets and technical work accordingly.
