Join Our Team as a Data Systems & Support Analyst!
KIPP TEAM & Family Schools is on the lookout for a dedicated Data Systems & Support Analyst to become a pivotal part of our Data team, providing essential support to over 20 schools as we expand to serve more than 15,000 students across New Jersey and Miami. In this dynamic role, you will ensure the smooth operation of our core systems while addressing challenges across various student information systems (such as PowerSchool, Focus, and DeansList), instructional technology platforms (including Clever), and diverse reporting and operational requirements. Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Student Information Systems (35%):
- Act as primary Tier 1-2 support for student information systems across multiple platforms (PowerSchool, Focus, DeansList).
- Resolve daily support tickets including login issues, configuration discrepancies, and conduct routine protocols like report card cycles and school scheduling.
- Enhance data quality and streamline business processes by monitoring workflows and collaborating on escalated issues.
Instructional Technology Administration (15%):
- Oversee rostering and app integration platforms via Clever, closely collaborating with the Teaching & Learning team for successful configurations.
- Ensure readiness of all platforms for the first day of school.
- Coordinate Tier 1 tech support with regional and school-facing teams.
Cross-Functional Support (20%):
- Act as the central support gatekeeper for the Data team, managing incoming requests through Zendesk.
- Provide Tier 1 support across various platforms including surveys and performance management tools.
- Manage recurring operational tasks and redirect tickets to appropriate teams as necessary.
Compliance & Reporting (15%):
- Assist in ensuring compliance for data reporting across the KIPP Foundation, state and federal submissions.
- Make data accessible by resolving reporting issues and utilizing data tools effectively.
Process Improvement & Documentation (15%):
- Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and support guides for continuous improvement.
