In response to our growing demands, Sia is seeking a Data Scientist Consultant with a strong interest in Marketing, Client, and Product issues.
As part of Sia's Data Science teams, you will support our operational teams and the marketing and strategy departments of our clients by defining their data needs, analyzing their data, deploying data science algorithms, and providing strategic decision support.
Your responsibilities will involve implementing complex processes to assist our clients, including:
- Generative AI, Machine Learning & Statistics
- Data Analysis for strategic support
- Data Engineering & DevOps
- Data Transformation & Cultural Adaptation
Examples of projects include:
- Automatic detection and classification of user needs: Identifying major themes and specific needs from free text exchanges across various sources (surveys, email exchanges, etc.) using generative AI, NLP processing, and clustering.
- Sales forecasting to optimize product assortment in stores: Developing a machine learning model to estimate the sales potential of new luxury products in each store within the network to provide product assortment recommendations.
- Customer behavior analysis for a luxury brand: Deepening customer insights and performing segmentation. The aim is to identify homogeneous customer profiles using clustering techniques and discover their defining attributes to better target marketing actions and optimize the company's commercial strategy.
As part of our internal activities, your participation will focus on:
- Developing or enhancing our offers through training, working groups, and dissemination of internal and external materials.
- Publication policies (sector blogs, studies, press releases).
- Commercial development by contributing to defining needs and participating in commercial actions.
