Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate across departments with Product and subject matter experts to design, prototype, and implement data-driven solutions.
Integrate diverse datasets (such as claims, contract rates, and demographic information) to enhance insights for stakeholders both internal and external.
Develop and sustain data engineering frameworks that facilitate AI applications, including scalable data pipelines, feature creation, and related products.
Assist in the construction, maintenance, and testing of data pipelines.
Create comprehensive technical documentation for both internal and external users.
Gather and prioritize product and technical feedback from internal stakeholders.
Adapt and iterate quickly with a focus on delivering value.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; we value strong candidates with diverse educational backgrounds.
A minimum of 2 years' experience in developing data models, pipelines, and comprehensive analytical solutions utilizing Python and SQL.
Solid understanding of data architecture and engineering principles, including ETL/ELT processes, orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, dbt), and cloud storage solutions (e.g., S3, Redshift).
Experience in constructing and managing production-grade data pipelines that support AI and LLM applications.
Ability to design scalable, high-performance, and cost-effective data systems, particularly for compute- and data-intensive tasks.
An entrepreneurial mindset, capable of prioritizing tasks aligned with evolving business needs and solving problems independently.
Comfortable collaborating within a remote technical team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with revenue cycle, healthcare payments, and/or medical billing.
