We are looking for a Data/Product Analyst to join the Spirio team, where we will scale our product, experiment, and discover growth opportunities through data.
Spirio is a business venture of SKELAR that develops a learning platform offering courses, guides, and practices rooted in Eastern philosophies, aimed at helping individuals enjoy life and find happiness.
The business has successfully completed two funding rounds, established unit economics, scaled operations, and secured a new investment round focused on expanding the business and developing mobile applications with aspirations of becoming the “App of the Year”.
Challenges Await:
Conduct in-depth product analytics, including user onboarding, activation, engagement, and content satisfaction research.
Analyze A/B testing results and assist the team in making data-driven decisions.
Identify the team’s analytical product needs and develop solutions.
Formulate requests for additional data sources for the Data Engineering team.
Actively participate in creating the value chain (Data-Report-Analysis-Action-Value).
What Matters to Us:
Experience with large datasets.
Understanding of key marketing and product metrics and their interrelations.
Proficient in SQL and BI tools.
Ability to independently formulate hypotheses, set priorities, and drive solutions to implementation.
Excellent communication skills and ability to guide the team towards data-driven decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with Python or another scripting programming language.
