Position Highlights
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Pay Rate: $15 – $17 per hour
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Manage utility services by turning them on and off while updating the utility tracking spreadsheet.
- Execute precise data entry to uphold the integrity of internal databases.
- Process incoming utility bills, update tracking spreadsheets, and distribute them to the Accounting or Property Management team as necessary.
- Coordinate with the Accounting department to request utility deposits and liaise with utility companies.
- Track and manage utility deposit refunds efficiently.
- Maintain the ShowMojo G4 smart lock tracking spreadsheet.
- Input and manage data within the AppFolio online database.
- Oversee the HVAC filter program, including adding or removing service addresses weekly and confirming monthly invoices.
- Answer incoming calls and assist with general administrative tasks.
- Organize, file, and scan documents as assigned.
- Support the office with various administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with online data management systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish.
- Previous experience in property management.
