Key Responsibilities:
The Data Center Security Specialist will oversee the execution and enforcement of physical security standards and policies across CoreWeave’s data center facilities. The selected candidate will manage access policies, perform audits, and handle all access requests and revocations. This role will serve as the primary liaison between CoreWeave and our colocation partners, advocating for the highest standards of security to safeguard personnel, infrastructure, and intellectual property. Additionally, the Specialist will develop and implement training programs for both employees and visitors.
To thrive in this role, candidates should possess extensive knowledge of physical security principles and a strong commitment to enhancing facility security. CoreWeave seeks an individual with a well-rounded background in physical security, alongside a dedication to ongoing education and improvement. Essential skills include strong organizational abilities, proficient writing skills, and comfort in public speaking. Ideal candidates will exhibit an approachable demeanor and a knack for customer service.
This position may require up to 25% travel, including international travel, to oversee site security and conduct training sessions. The role reports directly to the CoreWeave Area Data Center Security Manager.
