Your Role as a DashMart Team Member
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who thrives in a fast-paced, physical work environment. As a DashMart Team Member, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive and stock inventory, ensuring product accountability and protection against loss or theft. Monitor product quality and enforce proper rotation to maintain freshness while adhering to HACCP and food-handling standards.
- Order Fulfillment: Utilize smartphone-like technology to scan packages, pick, pack, and stage orders for delivery to our Dashers.
- Customer Engagement: Communicate clearly and positively with customers through the app, especially regarding substitution approvals.
- Safety and Organization: Maintain a safe working environment by following DashMart’s safety protocols and completing warehouse organization tasks as assigned.
- Team Collaboration: Foster a positive workplace culture by embodying the DoorDash values of teamwork and respect. Work effectively with colleagues to share ideas and address challenges, ensuring a safe and supportive atmosphere.
- Runner/Dasher Coordination: Assist in guiding Runners and Dashers to pickup locations, manage traffic in the parking lot, and perform additional duties as directed by management.
