The Customer Value Client Partner serves as the foremost authority within Coupa, focused on safeguarding and amplifying the realized financial and operational value for our strategic, high-stakes clientele. This strategic individual contributor role is pivotal, acting as the ultimate source of executive-level expertise and decisive action for our most critical value-at-risk scenarios. This position operates as a general manager over cross-functional resources, directly addressing the most complex and ambiguous customer escalations where perceived value and return on investment have been jeopardized.
Reporting to the VP of Value Assurance, this role is instrumental in protecting hundreds of millions in revenue, fostering customer loyalty, and functioning as the central hub for translating systemic challenges into executive-level product and process enhancements.
