Position Overview
The Customer Support Specialist is the primary contact for customers utilizing our healthcare technology platform. This role is dedicated to resolving Tier 1 support inquiries by leveraging critical thinking and investigative skills to identify root causes and deliver timely resolutions. The position operates in a dynamic environment, requiring strong ownership from the initial inquiry to resolution. The role is execution-focused, customer-facing, and collaborative, working closely with internal teams to ensure consistent, high-quality support delivery. Ideal candidates are proactive, detail-oriented, and adept at navigating ambiguity.
Your Contribution:
As a vital member of the team, you will enhance customer satisfaction by efficiently and accurately addressing support inquiries.
