WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Serve as the voice of Fullscript. Provide friendly, clear, and effective support to users via chat, email, and phone.
Resolve issues with empathy and precision. Understand user needs, guide them through challenges, and deliver timely, confident solutions.
Continuously learn and adapt. Stay informed of product updates, process changes, and evolving customer expectations.
Leverage technology to enhance support. Utilize internal tools (like Zendesk) to streamline communications and improve efficiency.
Share insights that enhance user experience. Identify common issues, relay user feedback, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve our platform.
