As a Customer Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing general and technical support inquiries related to vehicles via email and live chat, utilizing Intercom for effective communication.
- Assisting customers primarily in English, with occasional support in Lithuanian.
- Delivering prompt and precise feedback to internal teams to enhance processes and reduce recurring customer issues.
- Gaining insight into customer needs and business contexts to ensure exceptional support and high customer satisfaction.
- Leveraging data to improve customer service and automate support processes.
We are looking for candidates who possess:
- A passion for vehicle diagnostics and a keen interest in the automotive sector.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or technical support roles.
- Proven track record providing support through email, live chat, or other communication platforms.
- Outstanding written communication skills in both English and Lithuanian.
- The ability to engage professionally and courteously with clients.
- Strong time management abilities.
- A commitment to self-management and ongoing learning to enhance customer support processes.
The position requires working Monday to Friday during fixed afternoon shifts: from 13:00 to 22:00 or 12:00 to 21:00. Please note that during the initial 3-month training and probationary period, hours will be from 9:00 to 18:00 or 8:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday, and the role will be fully on-site at our Kaunas office.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with automation practices aimed at improving customer satisfaction.
- Experience with the Intercom system and proficiency using chat GPT tools.
