In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction, serving as the first point of contact for our clients, and swiftly addressing their inquiries regarding our software and hardware products.
Your Responsibilities:
- Act as a knowledgeable and friendly first point of contact for our customers.
- Resolve basic functional inquiries related to our software and hardware via phone, email, and chat.
- Analyze customer requests and accurately diagnose hardware or software issues according to established procedures and guidelines.
- Properly log incoming support tickets and document them meticulously.
- Ensure support tickets are kept up-to-date with all relevant information and actions.
- Forward unresolved issues to second-line experts for further assistance.
- Provide necessary feedback to internal and external parties regarding ticket progress.
- Maintain high-quality service and ensure a positive customer experience in every interaction.
