As the Customer Success Team Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers achieve maximum value from our products and services. You will lead a high-performing team dedicated to our commercial clients, driving initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate commitment to environmental health and safety principles, policies, and procedures.
- Build, develop, and coach a high-performing Customer Success team.
- Participate in the creation and implementation of customer success metrics.
- Act as the voice of the customer within the organization.
- Collaborate with various departments to implement strategies that deliver value to customers.
- Lead customer success, customer service, and warranty teams.
- Foster a team culture centered on continuous learning and collaboration.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Develop customer success plans tailored to individual customer needs and goals.
- Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for enhancing the customer journey.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
