Your Responsibilities:
- Facilitate eBL onboarding, training, and ongoing client support post-contract signing.
- Guide users through complete eBL workflows, ensuring adherence to operational protocols.
- Provide operational and functional support to agricultural trading firms, vessel carriers, banks, and agents.
- Maintain active communication with clients across various regions and solicit feedback for continuous improvement.
- Address first-line eBL issues, conduct triage, and escalate matters as necessary.
- Develop and sustain user guides, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting documentation.
- Possess an in-depth understanding of client solutions to meet established KPIs.
