Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with clients both verbally and in writing to address their questions and resolve issues regarding our platform.
- Document client issues in our issue tracking system for follow-up and resolution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues when possible, escalating more complex matters as necessary.
- Gain a foundational understanding of our comprehensive game platform.
- Assist clients in maximizing their use of our platform to enhance their success.
- Participate in local and national marketing events.
- Foster relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage multiple client relationships with professionalism and care.
- Build strong rapport with both customers and potential clients.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Executive Team.
