Empower customers with AI-driven solutions: Collaborate with clients to pinpoint their objectives, offering tailored training sessions and hands-on support to develop workflows that leverage AI for maximum impact.
Lead renewal initiatives based on demonstrated value: As customer success increasingly depends on effective workflows and tangible business results, you will guide renewals by aligning demonstrated value with renewal strategies.
Contribute to the evolution of Customer Success at Notion: As one of the initial members of our Customer Success team, your insights and strategies will shape and scale our approach.
Influence product development: Your interactions with clients will yield valuable insights that inform our product roadmap, ensuring we continually meet customer needs.

What You'll Achieve:
Manage the entire post-sale customer journey, focusing on onboarding, AI adoption, value delivery, and renewal for your assigned accounts.
Create success plans tailored to help each customer realize their goals.
Facilitate AI workshops that implement and optimize workflows solving distinct business challenges.
