Role Overview:
The Customer Success team is instrumental in ensuring that Samsara’s enterprise customers seamlessly adopt our solutions and continually realize business value from our offerings. Acting as the trusted liaison, we support our enterprise customers throughout their journey, from onboarding and adoption to advocacy and renewal.
As the manager of the Scale CSM team, your focus will be on enhancing our Customer Success engagement processes, delivering tailored coaching to each team member, and nurturing an inspiring and vibrant team culture. This role requires a mix of strategic vision, robust leadership, and a genuine passion for customer satisfaction to drive successful outcomes for our clients.
This opportunity is accessible to candidates located in the US excluding Alaska, Austin metro, California, Chicago metro, Connecticut, Dallas metro, Denver metro, Houston metro, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Washington, and Washington DC metro.
The position necessitates working hours aligned with Central or Eastern time zones.
