We are seeking a pioneering Customer Success Manager dedicated to Yotpo Discover—a strategic thinker and hands-on operator eager to help shape the future of our product. This role presents an exceptional opportunity to join a nascent product initiative and construct the Customer Success strategy from the ground up. You will work closely with Product and Sales teams while serving as a trusted advisor to eCommerce brands, guiding them to optimize their visibility across contemporary, AI-powered discovery experiences.
Your responsibilities will encompass managing customer relationships from post-onboarding through to renewal, while developing playbooks, success frameworks, and feedback mechanisms that will evolve alongside Discover.
About Yotpo Discover
Yotpo Discover is designed to help eCommerce brands enhance their visibility across AI-driven discovery platforms, including search, AI responses, and shopping assistants. As the landscape of discovery expands beyond traditional search methods, Discover provides SEO/AEO and eCommerce teams with clear insights into performance, gaps, and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and scale the Discover Customer Success framework, including optimization strategies, success plans, quarterly business review (QBR) templates, expansion indicators, and initial customer playbooks.
- Conduct SEO and AEO audits utilizing Yotpo Discover, translating AI insights into actionable recommendations and measurable outcomes for clients.
- Manage customer relationships from onboarding through to renewal, collaborating closely with Account Managers and Customer Success teams across various product lines to drive retention and expansion.
- Collaborate intensively with Product teams to influence roadmap direction through structured customer insights, use cases, and validation sessions.
- Lead strategic QBRs and high-level discussions that align customer objectives with Yotpo’s product roadmap.
- Establish strong, multi-faceted relationships across customer organizations, from operational teams to executive stakeholders.
- Proactively monitor adoption and performance, identifying risks early and implementing resolution strategies as challenges arise.
