Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our Enterprise Team. In this pivotal role, you will be the primary point of contact for our Enterprise customers, guiding their program strategy through consultative and data-driven methods. Your main objective will be to cultivate strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on marketing strategies, industry best practices, and feature utilization.
Collaboration will be key as you work closely with Sales Teams, Technical Account Managers, and New Product Specialists to deliver exceptional value to our clients, while simultaneously driving revenue growth for Attentive. You will be responsible for precise revenue forecasting and renewals, aligning client objectives with tailored success plans, fostering executive-level relationships, and identifying opportunities to expand the adoption of Attentive’s product suite to meet evolving customer needs.
