THE ROLE
Pure Storage is on the lookout for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to enhance customer satisfaction, fortify relationships, and establish trusted advisor connections through tailored customer experiences with Pure Storage and Portworx.
This role encompasses various Customer Success activities, including onboarding, support, services, adoption, training, advocacy, and retention, leading to outcomes like renewals, upselling, cross-selling, customer satisfaction, and engagement.
As a customer advocate, trusted advisor, and Portworx expert, you will facilitate communication across diverse business functions, including Engineering, Product Management, Finance, Marketing, Support, Sales, and Executive Leadership.
By collaborating with customers, Pure Partners, Distributors, and internal stakeholders, you will align Pure Storage and Portworx technology with their business and technical needs. You will deliver top-tier support and services to ensure successful deployment and realization of value from Pure Storage and Portworx licenses. You will define key success metrics and develop processes, systems, programs, and tools to drive customer growth.
With a profound understanding of customer challenges and objectives, along with their technical environments, you will provide effective solutions for both technical and non-technical end-users while supporting a broad range of technologies and cloud deployments.
