The Role:
We are on the lookout for a dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our Customer Success team. The CSM will be the primary contact for our customers, guiding them through all aspects of Knak and best practices in campaign creation. This role is vital for ensuring our customers achieve success after implementation through regular interactions and collaboration with key stakeholders to facilitate a global transformation in campaign creation, unlocking the full potential of Knak. As experts in product and campaign processes, CSMs will be responsible for account renewals, upgrades, cross-selling, and generating Customer Success Qualified leads for the Account Management team. The CSM serves as a trusted advisor and an integral part of the customer’s team.
Your Responsibilities:
- Cultivate deep relationships with customers to ensure positive sentiment and satisfaction.
- Assess customers' current status, objectives, and desired outcomes while identifying gaps to achieve those goals.
