As a Customer Success Manager, your primary responsibility will be to empower our clients to fully leverage our cutting-edge platform, enabling them to protect their brand, engage with their audience in real-time, and enhance their social media strategy effectively. You will serve as a strategic partner, guiding clients to achieve measurable business outcomes through their social engagement efforts.

What You’ll Do
- Act as a trusted advisor to global brands, aligning BrandBastion’s AI solutions with their goals for social engagement and brand safety.
- Facilitate renewals, upsells, and expansions by showcasing the benefits of AI-driven automation on engagement, brand protection, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with AI experts to customize models based on the specific requirements of clients, industry trends, and evolving communication styles.
- Examine performance metrics and convert insights into strategic recommendations that enhance moderation, engagement, and real-time execution.
- Focus on retention: Develop and implement strategies to minimize churn and foster long-term client relationships.
- Establish a feedback loop: Represent the customer’s voice within the organization, conveying feedback to product, marketing, and sales teams to inform product development and improve client satisfaction.
- Customer Advocacy: Identify and nurture customer advocates who can provide testimonials, case studies, or references.
