*Key Responsibilities*
Collaborate with customers to understand their strategic objectives, priorities, and desired outcomes.
Develop and implement tailored success plans alongside key performance indicators.
Oversee a portfolio of clients post-implementation, focusing on adoption growth, retention, expansion, and overall satisfaction.
Act as the advocate for your customers within the organization.
Utilize customer data to identify priority clients and proactively address their challenges.
Engage with stakeholders at all levels, including VPs and Directors, across various departments such as Communications, HR, IT, Operations, and Frontline.
Collaborate closely with your Account Manager to develop joint success strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
Foster accountability for deliverables both internally and with customer teams to instill a sense of ownership and ensure completion of tasks.
Work collaboratively with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to fulfill customer needs.
