Role Summary:
As a Customer Success Manager at Andesite, you will play a pivotal role in establishing the Customer Success function from the ground up. This hands-on position involves collaborating closely with Security Operations teams to promote product adoption, showcase value, and influence product development.
You will oversee the entire customer journey post-sale—from onboarding to long-term success—while defining scalable processes, playbooks, and feedback mechanisms for Customer Success at Andesite.
