About the Role
Since our launch in November, we have gained over 1,500 companies as customers and are now focused on establishing our leadership in the market.
Our most effective marketing strategy is word-of-mouth. The more we enhance our customers' success, the more they will advocate for Lightfield, accelerating our growth.
We are seeking a Customer Success Lead who will establish and develop the customer success and support function from the ground up. We want someone passionate about fostering product adoption and driving revenue growth among our top clients.
You will report directly to the Head of GTM and initially be hands-on with customers—conducting onboarding sessions, assessing churn risks, and identifying opportunities for expansion. As we grow from thousands to tens of thousands of customers, you will play a key role in shaping how this function scales.
