We are looking for a talented individual to join our B2B team as a Customer Success Executive.
To manage and develop the strategic accounts of the organization, fostering solid, lasting, and productive relationships that drive customer loyalty. The portfolio will focus on medium and large clients.
How Will You Help Us Achieve Our Mission?
Design and implement commercial strategies that ensure revenue objectives are met, driving growth in existing accounts and generating new business opportunities.
Build and maintain collaborative and trusting relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction, loyalty, and ongoing development.
Effectively manage the renewal of assigned accounts, ensuring favorable conditions and continuity in contracted services.
Conduct periodic analyses of the client portfolio, presenting key results, metrics, and ROI, as well as strategic recommendations to optimize the use of our solutions.
Identify growth opportunities through effective account management and deep understanding of clients’ needs.
