Your Role
As a member of Rilla’s Customer Success Team, you will operate at the vital intersection of our customers, product, and market strategies. Your primary objective will be to thoroughly understand the challenges faced by our customers, collaborate with both our sales and product teams to ensure seamless onboarding, and utilize data-driven insights and financial analysis to spur account growth.
Your efforts will be pivotal in driving revenue growth for our customers while aligning their successes with Rilla's overall growth strategy. You will be instrumental in maintaining our key metric - Net Revenue Retention - which is crucial for Rilla's sustained success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for clients, fostering their long-term success with Rilla.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients, gaining a deep understanding of their workflows and needs, which may include in-person visits.
- Measure and articulate impact through product analytics and financial metrics, such as ROI analyses and case studies.
- Drive customer account expansion through compelling storytelling backed by data, taking ownership of the NRR metric.
