Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries via Web Chat, Emails, and social media platforms.
- Educate existing and potential customers about our product offerings and services.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date customer records.
- Identify priority issues and escalate them to the Team Leader and Operations Team.
- Actively participate in team meetings and collaborate effectively.
- Address all customer queries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Investigate and troubleshoot customer issues, providing suitable solutions.
- Inform customers about our services and internal processes.
- Achieve set KPIs and objectives while adhering to shift schedules and policies.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in any field if you are a recent graduate.
- Minimum HSC with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Strong typing skills.
- A genuine passion for customer care.
- Able to perform well under pressure and with minimal supervision.
- A quick learner with the ability to meet targets.
- Time flexibility and willingness to work in a rotational shift system, including holidays and weekends.
