Your Responsibilities
Proactively identify compatibility, challenges, and essential implementation pathways to facilitate seamless customer launches.
Lead the onboarding process from sales transition to project go-live, ensuring effective timeline management, customer communication, and achievement of success milestones.
Tailor workflows and processes to align with customer objectives, fostering user independence and confidence.
Quickly troubleshoot and resolve issues, collaborating with product and engineering teams as necessary.
Document best practices and create repeatable playbooks to enhance future onboarding efficiency and consistency.
Gather and synthesize customer feedback to inform product development priorities and process enhancements.
Develop materials, guides, and videos to streamline onboarding and minimize repetitive support inquiries.
