Responsibilities
- Deliver Exceptional Support: Collaborate with your team to efficiently manage a diverse array of customer requests, ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include handling high volumes of incoming email communications, processing extensive customer data updates, and maintaining the accuracy of customer records.
- Order Processing: Quickly and accurately generate sales orders to assist internal staff attending Esri conferences, while managing a large volume of order requests to support the Customer Service team and other departments. Timely and precise fulfillment is essential.
- Master Support Team Responsibilities: Gain an in-depth understanding of all team roles to provide effective backup coverage as needed. This will involve cross-training in various tasks to ensure uninterrupted support during peak times or absences.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively seek opportunities to enhance your contributions as the company evolves. Engage in training, identify areas for process enhancement, and take on additional responsibilities that align with the company's growth trajectory.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a professional office environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
- Excellent prioritization and multitasking capabilities, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook; knowledge of Excel is a plus).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute.
- Familiarity with SAP and Salesforce.
