Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Warmly greet customers both in-store and over the phone.
- Accurately take customer orders.
- Provide information on menu items, specials, and promotions.
- Address customer concerns and escalate to management as needed.
Food Preparation:
- Craft pizzas and other menu items per company standards.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation protocols.
- Ensure swift, accurate, and consistent food preparation.
- Maintain product quality and portion control.
Store Operations:
- Efficiently operate cash registers and manage cash transactions.
- Assist in stocking food items and supplies.
- Keep your workspace clean and organized.
- Support opening and closing tasks as assigned.
Team Collaboration:
- Work together with team members for smooth store operations.
- Assist delivery drivers and management as necessary.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
