What Will You Do?
In this role as a Customer Service Representative, you will be at the heart of communication with our (international) logistics clients. Your responsibilities will include keeping our customers informed about the arrival and departure times of our drivers. You will also ensure that all administrative tasks are properly handled so that planners can timely register drivers with customs. This position offers a blend of customer service and planning responsibilities, and you will be tasked with:
- Responding to customer inquiries regarding transportation via phone or email;
- Actively monitoring the status of our vehicles and drivers;
- Registering our vehicles and drivers for customs activities;
- Informing (international) clients about arrival and departure times;
- Communicating with the planning department of external carriers regarding irregularities and emergencies on the road;
- Providing administrative support to our planning department to ensure all documents are ready for timely border crossing.
This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week, with working days from Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30.
