JOB REQUIREMENTS
To work in-store, you must be at least 16 years old. For delivery roles, a minimum age of 18 is required.
- Operate all kitchen equipment efficiently.
- Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage and work areas.
- Prepare food products.
- Receive and process customer orders via telephone.
- Manage inventory and complete necessary documentation.
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and the facility on a daily basis.
TRAINING
Comprehensive orientation and on-the-job training will be provided.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
The ability to understand and deliver accurate written instructions, as well as to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, is essential for processing orders either over the phone or in person.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Quick and accurate mathematical skills for calculations.
- The ability to provide correct monetary change.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for taking and processing orders.
- Coordination between hands and eyes to operate equipment safely.
