Key Responsibilities:
- Exhibit a friendly and positive demeanor while providing excellent customer service
- Process orders both over the phone and in person
- Address customer inquiries and concerns
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Promote additional menu items through upselling
- Prepare Domino's high-quality pizzas
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
- Engage in food preparation and general cleaning duties
In addition to the above responsibilities, you will also:
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Stock ingredients and supplies as needed
- Receive and manage telephone orders effectively
- Conduct inventory checks and maintain documentation
- Keep the work area and equipment clean and organized
