Your Role:
The Customer Service Representative is not merely a contact center position; it is an integral operational support role within our Sales Team. You will serve as the primary point of contact for Brooks retailers in Scandinavia and your designated Sales Representatives.
Your responsibilities will include upholding our high standards of customer service excellence, while continuously seeking avenues for improvement. You will build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and Sales teams, assisting them with order processing, tracking, and performance analysis, as well as enhancing their product knowledge.
In this role, you will be a vital communication conduit for our colleagues in the field, while also liaising with our Finance, Sales, Operations, and Marketing departments.
