Position Overview: As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will embody our shop's values and play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience. Your responsibilities will encompass guiding customers through the entirety of the repair process, fostering close collaboration with our estimators, technicians, and insurance partners to ensure timely and clear communication.
Key Responsibilities:
· Deliver a warm and professional customer experience from inception to completion.
· Navigate customers through the collision repair journey and address their inquiries.
· Collect vehicle photographs and accident information to assist estimators.
· Keep customers updated on the status and progress of their repairs.
· Confirm insurance, liability, and rental coverage before scheduled appointments.
· Manage the reception and processing of parts and sublet invoices; ensure estimation accuracy.
· Conduct final quality control checks prior to vehicle return.
· Assist with accounts receivable follow-ups as needed.
· Embrace additional tasks and projects as assigned.
