Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our Customer Service team. If you have prior experience in a contact centre and excel in fast-paced, high-pressure settings, we want to hear from you! You will handle a variety of customer inquiries, including complex issues and complaints, particularly related to billing and invoicing. Resilience, exceptional communication, and problem-solving skills are key attributes for this role. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and email inquiries from customers.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve customer queries, complaints, or general inquiries.
- Engage with customers transitioning to other providers with the goal of maintaining services.
- Meet established targets to ensure the highest quality of customer experience.
- Document and track customer interactions using the Focus Group CRM system.
- Adhere to industry and company guidelines relevant to customer contracts with Focus Group.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in providing high-quality customer care and service.
- Excellent telephone and written communication skills, including numerical proficiency.
- Adept at problem-solving and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Organized, motivated, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficient in PC skills, including email, word processing, and CRM software.
