Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries through phone and email.
- Research and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Handle a substantial volume of client requests with accuracy.
- Utilize spreadsheets for order tracking and data entry.
- Assist in invoicing and client reporting tasks.
- Address complaints promptly and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Deliver precise and timely information to clients.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service.
- Experience with data entry, invoicing, and client reporting.
- Strong multitasking, time management, and analytical skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
