TransPerfect is expanding its Production team to provide valuable insights into the Customer Journey for our esteemed Technology and eCommerce clients. This role is integral to a newly established live service line of significant strategic importance, powered by innovative technology developed by our internal Tech teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Engage directly with cutting-edge internal technologies to enhance the customer journey from initial discovery through to purchase for our clients' end-users.
Manage multiple projects concurrently from initiation to successful delivery.
Serve as the primary communication liaison between various internal stakeholders (Technology, Quality Assurance, Linguistic Teams, etc.) and external vendors, ensuring alignment of priorities for timely and quality outcomes that meet client specifications.
Conduct linguistic and quality assurance evaluations on customer journey submissions from external vendors, verifying completeness and accuracy, as well as correct annotation and categorization, prior to final delivery.
Oversee intricate workstreams from initiation through to execution and subsequent scaling.
Establish best practices for a developing service, identifying opportunities for enhancing quality, consistency, and efficiency while proactively shaping the service’s operational maturity.
Gain firsthand experience in Service Design, Tooling, and Operational Strategy.
Develop deep expertise in technology, quality assurance, and global service delivery.
Perform other relevant tasks as needed.
