Essential Duties and Responsibilities
In your role as a Team Member, your availability, flexibility, and customer service orientation will be key. You will need to:
- Maintain consistent and reliable attendance.
- Work scheduled shifts, adapting to varying hours, including days, nights, weekends, and overtime as necessary.
- Provide exceptional customer service by following our GURA approach:
- Greet customers warmly.
- Identify customer needs and preferences.
- Recommend suitable products.
- Value and appreciate each customer interaction.
- Engage in a variety of tasks throughout your shift, which may include:
- Operating the cash register and adhering to company cash handling protocols.
- Restocking and recovering merchandise.
- Participating in freight processing.
- Executing merchandising procedures and plan-o-grams.
- Assembling products as needed.
- Cleansing and maintaining store areas.
- Conducting price changes and markdowns.
- Assisting customers with loading their purchases.
- Ensuring a positive shopping experience that sets us apart from competitors.
- Maintaining the health and safety of any animals in our care.
- Completing all necessary documentation related to job duties.
