Role Overview
In response to our ongoing growth, we are seeking a dynamic Project Manager / Delivery Manager to join our team. This role will be instrumental in fostering customer relationships and ensuring project success.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Gathering and documenting customer requirements effectively.
- Estimating and validating project delivery efforts.
- Collaborating with customers to establish clear Ways of Working.
- Facilitating regular Governance meetings to maintain project alignment.
- Delivering projects as outlined in the Statement of Work and adhering to the approved project plan.
Your Contribution
As a Project/Delivery Manager, you will play a crucial role in onboarding new clients by managing the configuration of GenesysCloud to fulfill their specific needs. Our projects vary in size and complexity, with a clientele that includes many well-known brands. While most of our customers are based in the UK, we are seeing an increasing number of international clients, which may require occasional national and international travel.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring a smooth transition from sales to project delivery, including thorough documentation such as accurate orders and any resource or timeline constraints.
- Coordinating customer participation through kick-off and discovery meetings.
- Leading workshops to explore and document customer needs in detail.
- Developing project plans based on user requirements and services to be procured/delivered.
- Collaborating with clients and internal teams to schedule tasks and keep projects on track.
- Conducting regular project governance meetings and updating clients and stakeholders on progress.
- Managing changes to avoid undocumented scope creep.
- Maintaining RAID logs and promptly escalating critical risks or issues to relevant managers.
- Planning and leading go-live activities.
- Facilitating project handover to support teams post-delivery.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
