As a key member of our Customer Experience team, you will be the voice of our company. Your exceptional empathy and product knowledge will ensure our users feel acknowledged and valued.
Your role will require you to assist customers with a variety of inquiries ranging from simple to complex, via phone, email, and chat. You'll address topics such as equities trading, margin, and options trading-related issues. Your efforts won't just help our customers; they'll help us learn and enhance their overall experience with our products. We provide flexible schedules tailored to meet the needs of both our customers and employees.

- Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm ET
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 9:00am-8:00pm ET
- Sunday - Thursday 7:00am-4:00pm ET
- Sunday - Thursday 3:00pm-12:00am ET
- Sunday - Thursday 11:00pm-8:00am ET
- Tuesday - Saturday 7:00am-4:00pm ET
- Tuesday - Saturday 3:00pm-12:00am ET
- Tuesday - Saturday 11:00pm-8:00am ET
This role is located in our Chicago, IL, Denver, CO, and Westlake, TX offices, with in-person attendance required 5 days a week during the 10-week onboarding period. Following onboarding, in-person attendance will be expected 3 days every other week, with no mandatory in-office days during the alternating weeks.
