This role is not your typical customer support position. Each day presents unique challenges; you will swiftly become an iGaming expert for our brands and products, assisting our players through calls, live chat, and email. From addressing account inquiries to guiding payment transactions, your focus will be on providing outstanding service in every interaction.
Location: St. Julian’s, Malta (Hybrid)
Are you the ideal candidate?
- Fluent in either Danish, Finnish, Swedish, or Norwegian - both written and spoken
- Enjoy multitasking and possess strong problem-solving abilities
- Willing to work flexible shifts, including nights
- Interested in utilizing AI tools to enhance efficiency
- Prior experience in customer service is a plus!
Your Responsibilities
- Assist customers via calls, live chat, and email
- Resolve complex issues from initiation to resolution
- Authorize withdrawals and manage KYC documentation
- Conduct security checks to ensure player and business safety
- Be prepared to undertake additional relevant tasks as needed
