Your Role:
In your role as Customer Care Team Lead, you will oversee the daily operations of one of our Customer Care teams. You will blend operational leadership with workforce management and know exactly what is needed to balance quality, accessibility, and workload. Your responsibilities include:
- Daily management of your team and acting as the first point of contact;
- Planning and organizing staffing (workforce management) based on volumes, peaks, and availability;
- Monitoring performance, service levels, and workload, and proactively adjusting as necessary;
- Coaching, guiding, and motivating employees (both individually and as a team);
- Fostering a positive team atmosphere and ensuring consistent quality in customer interactions;
- Conducting performance, development, and absence discussions;
- Quickly and thoughtfully responding during busy periods, disruptions, or emergencies;
- Assisting on the floor when situations require it;
- Identifying bottlenecks and actively contributing to process and service improvements;
- Collaborating with other Team Leads and departments within Prijsvrij Vakanties & D-reizen;
- Initiating projects and improvement initiatives within Customer Care.
