Your Mission:
As we transition into a new growth phase, Zenjob aims to enhance our focus from primarily acquisition to activation, engagement, and retention of both talents and employers. We are in search of a CRM Strategy Lead who will spearhead and refine lifecycle marketing within our dual-sided marketplace—B2C (talents/students) and B2B (employers). Your role will ensure targeted communication, relevant content, and effective incentives are delivered to our customers throughout their journey from onboarding to reactivation. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, this position amalgamates lifecycle strategy, data-driven insights, and optimization, harnessing CRM technology, automation, and AI to perpetually enhance engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Lifecycle Strategy
Formulate and implement comprehensive lifecycle strategies targeting critical touchpoints for both B2C and B2B audiences.
Devise B2B lifecycle programs at various stages to promote order activation and repeat usage.
Direct B2C lifecycle initiatives from initial activation through to re-engagement, aimed at boosting active talents and optimizing marketplace efficiency.
MarTech & CRM Leadership
Oversee Zenjob’s CRM and lifecycle marketing infrastructure, ensuring our tools are fine-tuned to bolster activation, engagement, retention, and campaign execution across both B2C and B2B platforms.
Craft and implement lifecycle-driven CRM programs that enhance engagement, retention, and customer value, with ongoing optimizations rooted in upper- and lower-funnel performance insights.
