We are now seeking a Retention & CRM Manager for our partner business TENTENS Tech. This vital role will focus on developing retention strategies for our products and systematically enhancing user return rates.
TENTENS Tech is a Ukrainian IT company specializing in streaming and social discovery platforms. The TENTENS team has successfully launched numerous platforms that engage millions of users across all continents (except Antarctica, for now).

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective Retention Marketing strategies.
Generate, prioritize, validate, launch, and analyze numerous hypotheses regarding retention channel logic.
Systematically work on enhancing key product metrics related to user activation, retention, and return.
Develop recommendation system logics for email, SMS, and web push through our proprietary ESP system.
Launch and develop new user retention channels.
Conduct regular user and market research to identify new growth opportunities for our products.
Take responsibility for the strategic development of the retention area and actively participate in setting departmental goals.
What We Value:
Must Have:
At least 2 years of experience in product management, user growth, or retention/CRM initiatives.
Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions (collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to enhance products and strategic planning).
Skills in creating technical specifications for development.
Proven success in achieving business goals through product hypothesis testing.
