Your Daily Responsibilities:
- Manage the primary collections email inbox daily, reviewing all accounts receivable and collections correspondence.
- Input all pertinent customer communications, remittance advices, and payment inquiries into the Onguard/Creditnext system for centralized tracking.
- Implement a tracking system to ensure timely acknowledgment and response by the assigned Credit Controller CEWT Administration.
- Proactively monitor and follow up on outstanding CEWT forms, collaborating with customers and internal Credit Controllers to ensure timely submissions.
- Keep an updated tracker of expected versus received CEWT documents for all relevant accounts.
- Coordinate with the accounting/finance department to verify that remaining AR balances corresponding to withheld CEWT amounts are accurately cleared and posted in the main accounting system upon form receipt.
Are You the Right Fit?
- Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or a related field.
- Open to fresh graduates.
- Experience of 2-3 years in a related role is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Demonstrates good negotiation and analytical skills.
- Willingness to work in Kalawaan, Pasig.
