About the Role
As a Creative Visual Merchandiser at hmgroup, you will play a pivotal role in crafting an inspiring and cohesive shopping environment that enhances the customer journey. Your main responsibilities will include implementing visual merchandising standards and driving commercial success within our store. You will execute visual displays and styling according to our brand guidelines, while leveraging your awareness of trends and competition to educate and coach your team, ensuring a remarkable customer experience.
A Day in the Life
Your daily activities will vary, but will typically involve the following responsibilities:
Customer Sales & Profit
- Enhance the overall customer experience by ensuring consistency in visual and commercial presentation according to established guidelines.
- Act as a positive representative of the hmgroup brand during customer interactions.
- Plan and organize your tasks in alignment with the store activation plan, adapting as necessary with the Store Management team and Area Visual Manager.
- Timely launch and uphold the latest global campaigns and sales initiatives in accordance with hmgroup standards.
- Maintain garment care and stock levels, providing feedback on inventory allocation to Store Management and Area teams.
- Conduct follow-ups on sales reports (KPIs), identifying visual and commercial opportunities in collaboration with the Store Management team.
- Devise effective strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, achieve sales targets, and meet store objectives in partnership with Store Management.
- Comply with all operational procedures, best practices for customer service, and legal requirements across all store areas.
Fashion & Trend Awareness
- Stay updated on the latest fashion trends, styles, products, brands, and influencers.
- Allocate time to understand trend theory and styling techniques to anticipate customer needs and enrich the in-store shopping experience.
Team & Development
- Inspire and educate store teams about seasonal changes and relevant visual and commercial information.
- Coach your team on visual and commercial practices to ensure high-quality product presentation.
- Support the development of daily routines and best practices to maintain consistent visual and commercial standards while prioritizing customer service.
