About the Role:
Join our dynamic team as a Video Editor, where you'll be responsible for crafting polished and compelling video content that captivates audiences across various platforms including marketing, training, and communications. Your role will encompass the entire editing workflow from raw footage to final delivery, ensuring that every project aligns with our brand standards, technical requirements, and platform optimization strategies. You will blend storytelling creativity with technical editing skills to produce results-driven content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Footage Management: Import, organize, and catalog raw footage efficiently while maintaining project files and version control.
- Editing & Assembly: Transform raw footage into engaging narratives using editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve, ensuring audio-video synchronization and smooth transitions.
- Graphics & Effects: Enhance videos with titles, motion graphics, and animations using tools like Adobe After Effects or Canva while ensuring brand visuals are consistently integrated.
- Audio & Color Correction: Mix and master audio for clarity, add background music, and perform color grading for a cohesive visual appeal.
- Multi-Platform Versioning: Export videos in various formats and aspect ratios catered to platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, optimizing for quality and performance.
- Collaboration & Feedback: Partner with creative directors and marketing teams to align edits with campaign objectives, managing review cycles effectively.
- Performance Monitoring & Archiving: Analyze video performance metrics to inform future projects and archive completed works with appropriate metadata.
